Shipping & Returns
We offer free shipping on orders over €70.
For orders under €70, we offer a range of shipping options, determined by the weight and size of the items. Wraps and smaller items, up to 500g, are sent via An Post and we offer a below cost service on these.
0-100g 1€ | 100-250g 2€ | 250-500g 3€
For honey, candles, propolis and packages over 500g we offer a reduced rate for shipping. Orders up to 30 kg can be shipped to anywhere in Ireland for only €7.00. We use a courier service who provides a tracked service.
We offer €30 flat rate shipping (up to 20 kg) for UK orders. (Northern Ireland Customers. For site technical reasons NI customers are charged UK rates at check out despite qualifying for both free shipping over €70, and €7 flat rate. To get around this, You can proceed with checkout and the excess shipping costs will be refunded. Alternatively fill up your cart and then send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org)
We also ship to the rest of the world including North America and Europe. If shipping is not calculated at checkout, please contact us for a shipping quote.
Due to restrictions in certain countries in relation to importation of honeybee products, some countries are excluded from shipping. (These include New Zealand and Australia)
We offer free collection from Hanna’s Bees, Little Island, Cork during business hours and weekends. Select pick up/collection at checkout and please text or email in advance to arrange time.
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirming your order once we have received it, and another notification will be sent when your order has shipped. Deliveries usually takes 1 to 3 working days. Once the parcel reaches An Post, Fastway or any of our other Couriers, we do not take responsibility for delays in delivery. If your order has not reached you within 5 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please let us know.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Once we receive the returned item you will be refunded the full cost, less the shipping cost. Should your order arrived damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible to email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item and we will remedy as soon as possible.
